- Technical data, including your browser user-agent, device details and a pseudonymised (hashed) version of your IP address. We don't store your full IP address in our enquiry records.
- Campaign tracking parameters (such as UTM source, medium, and campaign) present when you arrive on our site.
- Third-party map data: if you consent to load the Google Map on our contact page, Google receives your IP address.
You don't have to give us your data, but we can't reply to your enquiry without contact details. We don't make solely automated decisions about you.

When a member of the public asks, through one of our campaigns, to be put in touch with a provider, we pass their details to the provider named on that campaign page, and that provider pays us a fee.

- With trusted service providers who help us operate our business, such as cloud hosting providers (Vercel Inc.), database providers (Supabase), and transactional email delivery platforms (Resend).

Every service provider we work with is bound by contractual obligations to protect your data and to process it only on our written instructions.
5. International Transfers
Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc. and our contact page shows a Google map; both may process data in the USA. Our enquiry database is hosted by Supabase in the EU (Ireland), and enquiry notifications are sent by Resend, which may process data in the USA. We rely on the UK–US data bridge where the provider is certified, and otherwise on the ICO's International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum to ensure your data receives comparable protection.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, including satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Our retention periods are:
- Business enquiries: 24 months after last contact if you don't become a client.
- Client contract records: 6 years after the contract ends.
